It was reported that a massive fire engulfed a congested neighborhood in Barangay Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu on a fateful Tuesday afternoon, resulting in the complete destruction of approximately 600 houses. The magnitude of this calamity is truly heart-wrenching, as it has left around 20,000 individuals affected and rendered homeless, according to an estimate provided by Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Junard Chan.
